Our prestigious client currently has a position for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer will be working in and around Elgin delivering PPM for reactive & small works. The successful candidate will carry out repairs outside of their main trade. In this role you will required but not limited to, * Responsibility for the site in the absence of the contracts manager. * Ensure all contractors have supplied corrected risk assessment method statements before commencing works. * Make sure all plant, tools and equipment are operated in a safe manner. * Maintain a high regard to Health & Safety regulations in accordance to policies and procedures of the company. * Report all accidents/incidents as appropriate. * Carry out other duties as required by line manager in connection with company guidelines. * Use of powered and high level access equipment. The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility of the CAFM system, making sure all tasks are completed in line with PPM schedule. All issues will be highlighted to the Contract Manager. Qualifications, Skills & Competencies * Time served Gas/Electrical/HVAC Engineer with at least 5 years experience in maintenance and installation work. * Electrical power distribution systems & lighting systems experience. * Air Con, Air handling systems and Chiller experience. * Commercial and Industrial installation experience. * Health & Safety certification. * Full Driving License. * Excellent customer service experience is essential as this is a customer facing role.
