We are actively seeking Marine Engineers at all skill levels to join a rapidly growing award-winning team. As a new permanent team member based in Wroxham, you will be joining a well-established Luxury Bluewater sailboat brand.

As the Engineer you will be responsible for the preparation, build and installation of engineering systems within Blue water Yachts in line with the current drawings, specifications, and guidelines.

General Requirements of the Role

  • Ability to build and install engineering systems in recreational craft.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings.
  • Excellent metal fabrication skills including TIG welding.
  • Thorough knowledge of hydraulics, plumbing and gas installations and other similar systems.
  • Ability to operate grinding and metal polishing machinery and hand tools correctly and safely.
  • Good understanding of technologies within the yacht or recreational craft building industry.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and work collaboratively with other trades.
  • Practical problem-solving abilities with high standards and attention to detail & finish.
  • Ability to use ladders, work on uneven levels and in confined spaces safely.
  • H&S awareness, always ensuring best practice and compliance within guidelines.


  • Proven fault finding and problem-solving skills.
  • Time oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Working Hours
