THE OPPORTUNITY:

Due to growth of the business Get Recruited are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for a highly reputable and innovative agency based in London, to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

The role of Property Manager is to oversee a portfolio of fully managed portfolio properties and deliver excellent customer service to both tenants and landlords. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to shadow a highly successful Head of Property Management and fast track their career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing landlord relationships, Landlord acquisition/retention, billing & generally overseeing maintenance. In additional, you'll be responsible for carrying out property inspections and handling any works that need to be completed.

THE ROLE:

• Manage a portfolio of 25 Properties
• Carrying out weekly property inspections
• Log all reported maintenance issues and follow these through to a successful completion in line with the maintenance time scale
• Ensure turnaround times for vacating properties to be ready for occupation
• Maintaining and building strong relationships with tenants and landlords
• Ensuring landlords respond to maintenance requests promptly and tenant queries are responded to in a timely manner
• Answering the telephone to set company standards and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Meeting with clients visiting the office
• Responding to enquiries via e-mail
• Organise maintenance within the properties within your portfolio.
• Log all reported maintenance issues and follow these through to a successful completion in line with the maintenance time scale
• If there are any major maintenance or building issues picked up ensure these are reported urgently

THE PERSON:

• Minimum of 1 years experience within a similar role.
• Experience at as a residential property administrator/ property manager
• Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group and internal staff.
• Written communication and numerical skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel skills
• A commitment to providing customer service.
