Responsibilities:

  • Handling enquiries

THE COMPANY

My client is a successful medium to large firm of Cost Management (Quantity Surveying), Project Management and Building Surveyors.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Senior Project Manager who has a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, Civil / Structual Engineering, Construction Project Management or similar subject and you will be MRICS or similarly qualified.

You should be working for another firm of construction consultants and have a stable work record.

You should have excellent communication skills and be keen to work as part of a dynamic team.

You will be able to do all aspects of project management from inception of the project, deal with the client, the consultants and contractors, chair meetings, take minutes, write reports, keep charge of contracts, budgets, timescale and be capable of pushing the project through to successful completion within timescale and within budget.

Salary is in the region of £75000 to £85000 per annum plus pension, professional fees and more.

  • Monitoring, review and evaluating the quality of training assessment processes and practice and ensuring awarding body standards are maintained.

  • Ensuring documentation and records meet quality and regulatory requirements.

  • Follow agreed procedures for the recording, storing and reporting and confidentiality of information.
