Job Description

A prestigious and well established client of PMP Recruitment are looking for a Studio Executive to join their busy team on a temporary basis, this position would suit someone with a creative background.

The Role:

To manage the Creative Services workflow, ensuring that all projects are scheduled and delivered on-time and within the client's budget. Project Managing each project through the studio from brief, through to delivery.

Supporting with the reporting controls of the Creative Services department.

This is a pivotal team and client-facing role bridging the creative and production teams and acting as the 'front of house' for the team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects are managed and maintained as per agreed process through to delivery. Maintaining progress throughout, ensuring projects meet agreed milestones and delivery date.
  • Setting up of projects through agreed processes; ensuring all quotes are processes and projects are logged, quoted for and a suitable timeline established and maintained. Allow all parties their required timings and meet the business needs.
  • Working with Studio team to resolve project priorities and team workload clashes, to effectively maintain the Creative Services workload.
  • Manage and maintain project management tools to ensure clearly visible progress of projects and live workload capacity.
  • Support in the continual improvement process to ensure the department remains efficient and effective.
  • Clear communication of project status across teams and stakeholders. Managing stakeholder expectations on timings and influencing stakeholders around process and expectation.
  • Monitor and record reporting measures of the Creative Services team performance, including OTIF and RFT.
