Clayton Nursing is proud to assist in the recruitment of a Clinical Nurse Manager for our clients small to medium purpose-built Nursing Home based in Nottinghamshire.

Our client is a specialist nursing care home for adults with a range of complex nursing needs including neuro-disabilities, brain injury and strokes, mental health conditions and complex dementia.

We are looking to recruit a confident and experienced Deputy Manager/Clinical Nurse Manager to work 40.00 hrs per week, the role will include 2 x 12-hour shifts on the floor with the rest of your 40-hour week being supernumerary.

As the Clinical Nurse Manger, you will:

Be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the day to day activities of the home and you will be involved in managing the clinical and care teams.

Be highly organised and be able to hit the ground running.

To be consider for this role you will:

Have an up to date NMC Pin either RMN, RNLD or RGN

Be required to provide clinical management experience along with a caring and professional ethos.

You should have a solid understanding of CQC requirements and a good clinical background in general nursing care.

This role will also be responsible for coordinating and providing Jisc's support and engagement on scholarly communication in a range of UK and international activities.
