Combined with the above is management and liaison with multiple 3rd party suppliers for SLA's, incident management and project work, as well as working confidently with a variety of other departments.

Who You'll Be

  • Demonstrable hands on experience with Microsoft Exchange & O365
  • Hands on experience with a variety of project based work
  • High level support experience up to 3rd Line
  • Experience working with and managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and Script writing
  • Understanding of Networking technologies
