I am recruiting a brand new role for a Systems Administrator / IT Support Engineer for an established law firm based in South Manchester.

Application Security Engineer with excellent OWASP top 10 experience is required by a leading digital banking organisation. Offering a salary of up to £90,000, the role can be remote working. A few more details around the role:

* 100% need to be a mix of red and blue team

* Web application security experience is a must, as you need to speak/ converse with the Development team, speak to them on their level, so need to be an expert around OWASP top 10

* Extensive threat modelling & threat intelligence experience

* After speaking with the Development team, you will create threat models to try and mitigate it before it becomes a problem, try and reduce the risk

* Some application security testing such as Zoner, Burp Zendesk

Key Responsibilities in the IT Security Engineer Role

  • Shape the technical capabilities, tools and development processes to ensure they implemented by the organization's security requirements & standards
