As a Principal Ruby Developer you will be responsible for communicating effectively with key stakeholders and then lead a multidisciplinary team to take designs and build them into functional applications. All of the development will be done with Ruby and on AWS infrastructure. You will be directly mentored by the current CTO so you can take on his position in time.
