Key Responsibilities

This role is working 36 hours per week on a rota shift pattern basis from Monday to Sunday. Our Patient Administrators normally work 4 x 9 hour shifts per week, but there is some flexibility around this and we will be happy to discuss further at interview.

What are the key role responsibilities?

  • Providing a high quality administrative and secretarial service for the unit to ensure an efficient service
  • Welcoming patients in a professional, courteous manner, coordinating their arrival through to departure
  • Dealing with telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritisation of queries as appropriate
  • Booking clinically validated appointments on the internal system
  • Ensuring all payments are invoiced promptly and accurately and that payments are taken on the day
  • Utilising relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality Imaging Service
  • Ensuring patient and customer focus is central to the commercial success of the Business

The Role

Upon joining the company you will complete an in-depth product training course to familiarise yourself with the products.

  • White Goods/Domestic Appliance experience in a professional environment.
  • Experience/training working across a variety of branded products e.g. Bosch, Beko, Hotpoint, Whirlpool, Glen Dimplex, Miele, Electrolux etc.
  • Experience working on a variety of appliances including washing machines, cookers, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, tumble dryers, hobs etc.
  • Qualifications such as City & Guilds 224, 16th/17th Edition, Part-P etc would act as an advantage to your application
  • Gas qualifications e.g. CCN1 and CKR1 would act as an advantage but are not essential
  • 2nd line refrigeration (R600) would also act as an advantage to your application.
