Role Overview

As a Retail Security Support Officer at Cordant Security, you are more than a Security Guard. You'll be a key part of our team working in several Retail environment stores within your area. You will ensure the safety of our staff and customers and assets within their working environment, whilst providing excellent customer service. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service in a safe and secure environment.

It's a varied and exciting role which will include acting as a visual deterrent, liaising with police and other emergency services, report writing along with internal/external patrols. Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading supplier of various racking and storage solutions looking to recruit a new Contracts Controller/Coordinator to effectively manage and coordinate their warehouse projects across the central belt of Scotland in an office based role. Responsibilities

  • Costing projects effectively and other administrative contracts duties based in the office
  • Creating & issuing RAMS and ensuring Health & Safety is well adhered to

Requirements

Racking & storage experience is preferable though not essential for the role but the company are ideally looking either for this background or similar such as Shopfitting or Mezzanine experience. Experience of document flow, organizing plant and labor and dealing with RAMS would be highly preferable. In terms of location, you will need to be based close to the company's main office and will therefore be located somewhere across the central belt of Scotland.
