Relief Support Worker Reference number: 83.20 Location: Christchurch Hours: Part time, 21 hours per week Salary: £17,675 – £18,685 per annum FTE depending on experience Contract: Permanent The Relief Support Worker will provide support to our service users throughout their treatment journey from the initial referral/presentation stage through to treatment completion for their issues with drugs and/or alcohol. You’ll receive training to ensure you can oversee a caseload in the absence of the allocated worker, including undertaking comprehensive assessments, recovery planning, appropriate referral/linkage and psychosocial interventions (including key working, strengths based assessment, recovery planning, and structured group and 1:1 work). Our client based in Christchurch has an immediate requirement for an effective administrator to help with their busy warehouse operation based in Christchurch on a flexible part-time basis.

The work would initially involve the sorting and pairing of paperwork and labels associated with the daily orders from one of their major customers. This requires a very good eye for detail as there is a lot of number/code matching involved in the pairing.

There may be an opportunity for you to move on to other more computer-based roles in time dependent on business levels sustaining.

We are looking for a good all-rounder, as sometimes you will need to get involved with the sticking of labels onto cartons in the warehouse.

You will be required to work 4 hours a day Monday to Friday, the start times need to be flexible to meet the business needs, and you might start as early as 06:00 am. Please note the allotted 4 hours could overrun on extra busy days.
