This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator with experience in Defined Contribution Administration including peer review, to join a highly reputable and growing business at an exciting period of expansion.

THE ROLE:

  • Working closely with the Pensions Manager to support them with the allocation and management of the day to day work of the team
  • Managing client relationships with trustees, scheme members and corporate clients
  • Assisting with and occasionally leading the provision of pensions administration services for the client portfolio
  • Overseeing the project management of scheduled and ad-hoc projects such as renewals, benefit statements, life assurance and pension increases
  • Preparing for and attending trustee meetings
  • Handling complex pension queries and offering consultative advice

THE PERSON:

  • Previous pensions administration experience within Defined Contributions schemes is essential
  • Defined Benefit schemes including leavers, retirements, deaths, transfers, investment and renewals is essential
  • Excellent working knowledge of the pensions legislation framework
  • Proficient skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

      Key Accountabilities

      • Maintain & promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security & quality and be a great team player.

      • Application of knowledge to confirm designs are prepared which comply with relevant legislation, standards and requirements.
