The Person

What would I be doing?
You will be working in an FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods) 24hr environment.
Your role will be responsible for creating a variety fresh foods and meal solutions using salad ingredients. You'll do this by preparing raw product, washing, and composing salad bags, bowls & Coleslaw.
Did you ever wonder how we seal those nice bags of lettuce? - You will get to work on different types of machinery that will enable you to make the best quality product for our customers. If you are eager to learn the whole process you may get to work in different areas of the factory where you will get involved in different stages of the production.
How?
To make sure you've got all the tools to do the job you'll get full training and any necessary equipment. Whichever site you will be based at, we will partner you with a NWF trainer who'll teach you all about our products, you'll become an expert in your product category. We will show you how we Love the Leaf and why we are the King of Coleslaw but only after your trainer shows you how to be the best Production Operative in the business.
