For education administration jobs,  you can expect a starting salary of around £17,000 to £26,000 yet with experience, you could earn between £27,000 and £40,000. However, at a  managerial level, your salary may reach to £50,000. As an education administrator, you'll normally work in areas such as admissions, quality assurance, data management, and examinations or in a specialist department such as finance, careers, marketing or human resources.

Besides, further education jobs allow opportunities for unqualified teachers, to earn £19,258 to £22,825 annually. A qualified teacher can earn between £24,202 and £36,524. 

The starting salary for newly qualified teachers is currently at least £22,917, rising to £28,660 in inner London. This is broadly comparable to the mean starting pay for all graduates who left university and entered the workforce in 2017, which was around £23,000, according to the Higher Education Statistics Agency.

Learning tools such as Makaton, PECs, visual timetables and knowledge of Phonics is a key skill to have.
