NonStop Care is looking for a Registered Manager to join the team in a new Residential Home for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural disabilities.

The organisation currently operates a number of homes across East London and are expanding their range of services to include residential children's homes, and need a Registered Manager to oversee the new home they are opening in the Romford area.

This is a great opportunity to join a child focused organisation, who are committed to improving the outcomes of their service users, where you will also have the opportunity to grow alongside the service.


The Registered Manager will oversee the home for the young people, by building relationships and working to support them to grow their confidence and build their self-esteem. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home and staff team, as well as various administrative tasks and record keeping. You will also be accountable for the regulatory performance of the home.

Our services include Transnasal & Oral Gastroscopy, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Bowel Scoping, Community Gastroenterology Clinics.

What does being a Registered Nurse involve?

This role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.

As Registered Nurse in our Endoscopy clinics, you will deliver a professional and efficient service, working alongside a team of ODP's, Nurses and Healthcare Support Workers in our dynamic and fast-paced sites.   • To be an NMC registered nurse
