You will play the role of “player-manager” and lead a team of circa 10+ production operators. You will: Support compliance with the company Health and Safety management system and internal 5s & housekeeping requirements You will be responsible for the completion of operations as defined on production routers for inspection operations and to confirm the components conformance to requirements, using a variety of equipment to complete the NDE including hardness testing, Ultrasonic testing, MPI & LPI You will also be expected to compile accurate reports when non-conformance is identified, explain the inspection system, procedures, and other related quality processes and requirements to internal and external customers. The right candidate will have experience in the following areas: Recognised full technical apprenticeship involving the use of mechanical measuring devices. PCN level 2 in MPI preferred PCN level 2 in LPI preferred PCN level 2 in UT of bar/billets/forging preferred You will have knowledge of liaising with personnel at all levels, Good written & communication skills and will be computer literate.
