It traces its unique history back to Roman times with the Estate now being owned by the Agnew family since 1904 with part of it run on a Charitable Trust basis to preserve its legacy for the future. It is a diverse estate business including a residential property portfolio but with arable farming as the main commercial operation. Our people are our strength. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an astute and commercially margin focused Arable Manager to partner with the Estate Manager to take ownership of the arable operation. This comprises 1,100ha’s of winter wheat, rye and barley plus oilseed rape and sugar beet on a range of Suffolk soils. We are early adopters of regenerative and conservation agriculture and wish to further progress this initiative with your assistance.
