An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered nurse, to become the Senior Sister in a 30 bedded Unit looking after those elder citizens with nursing needs within this large nursing home.

As Senior Sister of this unit, obviously you will be a strong clinican supporting carers and nurses alike in their day to day roles. You will be clinical with some requirment for supernumerary hours. We would like you to undertake supervisions and appraisals with some experience. This is a great role for a Senior Nurse wanting to take the next step up to Charge Nurse/ Senior Sister.

You should be a strong nurse, with a professional approach and a compassionate nature, you should have a sense of humour and understand how to manage a clinical team.
