You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, we will offer a salary of £9.76 - £9.87 per hour. The full-time role comes with a generous salary of £60k - do you have the required experience to apply? Our client, an owner-operator of elderly care homes, needs an efficient and inclusive Regional Care Home Manager to sustain and improve quality of care and financial performance within their allocated homes. You'll need empathy for elderly service users, a flexible attitude to work patterns and excellent communication skills. The regional ops manager will provide inspirational leadership to each Home team, managed through a team of Home Managers. Primary responsibilities of the ops manager job: Care standards - working towards an "outstanding" CQC outcome for all homes Financial performance - executing a profit-improvement plan Operational duties - ensuring home managers comply with company policies and procedures Sales and marketing Regularly monitor the performance of all staff, giving support to Home Managers The ideal candidate should have at least two years' experience as a regional care homes manager and hold an active NMC Pin as an RN. You'll need to know your CQC guidelines and Gold Standard Framework for end-of-life care. Knowledge of dementia strategy/mapping is also desired. You must have a clear DBS check, be able to drive and be prepared to stay away from home as required. You must also be willing to undertake out-of-office-hours visits, including nights and weekends, as the role involves working at weekends to monitor service quality on a seven-days-a-week basis.
