Are you an IT Support Technician looking to join a fast-paced local MSP offering excellent training and career progression?

Do you have a background in Comp TIA, Microsoft 365, VoIP and want to support customers to make sure their technologies run smoothly?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for a Support Desk Technician to join one of the South West's leading IT and telecom service providers. Established in 2012, who are experiencing a rapid period of growth and expansion.

In this role, you will join a close-knit, collaborative team of IT Support professionals, working in a dynamic environment where you'll tackle complex IT issues for a diverse range of customers.

This position is ideal for an aspiring IT Support technician with prior industry experience who is eager to develop within an MSP environment.

The Role:

• Handle customer support requests and log support tickets.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support over the phone and via remote assistance.
• Conduct onsite customer visits to resolve issues or assess requirements.
• Working in a managed service provider.

The Person:

• IT Support experience.
• A keen interest in working in an MSP environment.
• Holds a Full UK driver's license and Car.
• Local to Holmes Chapel.
