IP Solicitor

We are currently working with a Fantastic Patent & Trademark firm who are looking for a 2-4 PQE Solicitor/lawyer To support the solicitor partners by acting on a wide range of IP matters across a variety of intellectual property rights, technologies and commercial contexts.This is a great role for someone to enjoy a broader position and experience a wealth of great clients and work.Paying up to £100k on a permanent contract based in the heart of London. Key Responsibilities:Assisting with trade mark, design and copyright cases, as well other IP-related disputes, including:pre-action advisory workinfringement and cancellation proceedings before IPEC, High Court and Patents Court (designs)oppositions and cancellation proceedings at the UKIPOalternative dispute resolution procedures (e.g. mediation) co-ordinating foreign proceedings and liaising with overseas counselanti-counterfeiting work including Customs/Trading Standards actions, online take downsdomain name disputes (e.g. Nominet and UDRP)Company Names Tribunal casesNegotiating and drafting settlement and co-existence agreements Assisting with licence and assignment agreementsParticipate in business development*Please note, this is not the full job description*
