Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer / Applications Engineer required to join a global market leading HVAC manufacturer.
The Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer / Applications Engineer shall be office based in Northumberland, Newcastle responsible for technical advice, generating quotations, order processing, expediting, documentation, proposals, and other aspects of customer service for bespoke Air Handling Units (AHU) and other HVAC solutions including chillers, heat pumps, smart controls, and others. Full product training provided.
The Internal Sales Executive / Sales Support Engineer / Applications Engineer will ideally have sold a mechanical product, engineering solution or a background working in the HVAC,  Air Handling Units (AHU) or similar mechanical engineering products.
Mechanical or Building Services Engineering graduates, or candidates with HVAC and / or Air Handling Units (AHU) service experience are encouraged to apply.
Package

• £28,000-£40,000 depending on experience

• Give technical advice and guidance on correct technical solution and product selection as per customers’ needs.
• Generate & provide quotations & proposals of for a range of HVAC products across the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration markets for bespoke Air Handling Units (AHU)
• Provide technical support and cover to other Sales Engineers and all aspects of Customer services - e.g. order processing, expediting, documentation etc.
• Product specification for bespoke Air Handling Units (AHU) and other HVAC solutions including chillers, heat pumps, smart controls, and others.
• Work closely with a provide support to allocated external sales professionals.
• Commutable to the office on a hybrid basis near Cramlington, Newcastle

• Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable engineering manufacturer.
• Sales, customer service or technical background with full training being provided, however, having previously operated and worked with HVAC solutions such as Air Handling Units (AHU) or ventilation products.
• Mechanical or Building Services Engineering graduates, or candidates with HVAC and / or Air Handling Units (AHU) service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience as an Internal Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Support Engineer, Engineering Administrator, Contracts Engineer, Proposals Engineer, Sales Executive, Technical Advisor, Applications Engineer, or similar customer service position, ideally within HVAC solutions such as Air Handling Units or ventilation products.
• Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree in engineering would be beneficial.
• Must be commutable to Cramlington, Newcastle for the training period.
