Internal Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative required for a global distributor of mechanical engineering products.
Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for preparing quotations for customers and providing technical support and offering solutions for various engineering products.
Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative will be able to commute to the office daily in County Durham and hold a qualification such as an HNC / HND / BEng or similar in an engineering vocation such as Mechanical / Automation / Automotive / Aerospace or other engineering discipline.
We are also open to applications from candidates who do not have the qualification but have a good amount of experience as a Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative or similar.
Package:
Up to £45,000 Depending on experience
26 days holiday + bank holidays

Role:
Prepare quotations for customers and provide technical support over the phone, face to face and via email.
Offer technical solutions to customers and clients on different mechanical engineering products
Work towards KPI’s and sales targets
Sell various mechanical engineering products into all sectors of engineering
Process orders accurately through a CRM system
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Sales Engineer / Internal Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative
Experience selling Mechanical Engineering products into different industries
An engineering qualification such as an HNC / HND / BEng or similar within an engineering discipline or relevant experience
Able to commute to the office in County Durham
