ROLE OVERVIEW To complete I.T. and I.T. security compliance activities/audits within the business. By designing, promoting, and implementing procedures (where applicable). Acting as the I.T. champion linking the I.T. function with all other areas within the business. Document control, to become a Q-Pulse super user, liaise with other ATEC departments to ensure documents being uploaded are contained within the correct template(s). To proactively assist/lead the transition of documents from the DMS to Q-Pulse offering guidance on how to transfer documents efficiently and effectively between the two systems. Review and update document control procedures on a regular basis. To conduct any other reasonable duties as the business requires.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Gain certification as a ISO27001 Internal Auditor Atec to fund. Conduct ISO27001 Audits as scheduled. Raise non-conformities as identified. Receive familiarisation of the audit module in Q-Pulse Review I.T. procedures with Safety & Compliance Manager Monitor HH reports as they are delivered, follow up and investigate failures. Conduct audits of HH with S&C dept support to ensure compliance with contract. Attend HH customer review meetings with QCI representative. Follow up any failures or alert messaging from HH contained in the reports. Review Network device list and VPN login. Review Mobile authorised devices list and updates to latest version of IOS. Maintain asset lists at current issue. Assist with I.T. change request & maintain register. Attend weekly catch-up meeting with Safety & Compliance Manager ( Monday A.M.) Review and update K.P.Is with Safety & Compliance Manager Change back up tapes in server room each Monday A.M. Identify & suggest improvements to I.T. and I.T. security systems. Assist in promoting the correct use of I.T. equipment and systems. Complete SDP process ( in conjunction with operations manager Any other reasonable I.T. related duties Document Control Responsibilities (Not responsible for Technical content): Support/Co-ordinate & assist design of a product wide reliability database Controlling & coordinating ATEC Q-Pulse/DMS/Submit document transfer. Ensure document control protocols are implemented correctly. Update/improve document control procedures, as Identified. Conduct audits of the CRN/SUBMIT/PCR registers/folders Ensuring all documentation meets formal template requirements & standards. Act as a point of contact for employees using Q-Pulse with support from SCM. Maintaining/updating the I.T. change request register. Conduct document control audits as per the audit schedule. Review draft document register to ensure drafts are reviewed and completed. Produce monthly document control reports As agreed with SCM. Notes: The digital & document control lead reports to the safety & compliance manager when discharging the duties listed above.
