Interim Technology & Data Lawyer up to £150k

This role forms part of the EMEA Technology and Data legal practice group. It is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in the banking and finance space. /p p strong Requirements: /strong /p ul li England and Wales qualified Solicitor or commonwealth lawyer. /li li 4 PQE and up /li li Experience gained at well-regarded law firm, large financial institution or technology company. /li li Experience in technology legal advisory, data, intellectual property, and/or commercial contracts is an advantageous. /li /ul p strong Role responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Advise on a variety of technology laws and requirements, such as sourcing/outsourcing/offshoring, artificial intelligence, cloud, intellectual property, operational resiliency and other emerging technologies. /li li Review, draft and negotiate a variety of technology agreements such as technology outsourcing, hardware and software purchases, SaaS and other cloud transactions, maintenance and support arrangements, and design and construction agreements. /li li Working closely with compliance, risk and business partners. /li li Advise on brand infringement matters, handle IP queries coordinate domain name registrations. /li /ul p If this is of interest, please apply for additional information. /p
