Interim Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager 

Location: Leominster 

Duration: Interim (6 months approx) 

Salary: Up to £40,000

SF Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading FMCG business in the search for a highly experienced Interim Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager. This role is crucial in providing interim cover and is focused heavily on Employee Relations (ER).

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee change projects, including cultural development, values, behaviours, and people development.

- Foster a culture of coaching and empowerment to encourage high performance.

- Lead employee engagement projects.

- Manage communication strategies.

- Oversee ER cases, conduct, and performance management.

- Provide coaching and mentoring to develop team capabilities.

- Handle various HR generalist tasks, including change management, presentations, project management, budget management, and line management.

- Utilise excellent IT skills to improve HR processes.

Additional Information:


  • This role supports a site with 154 employees.
  • The operation runs 24/7 with staff working 12-hour shifts on a 4 on, 4 off schedule, alternating between days and nights.
  • This is a standalone role with additional support from other sites and HQ
  • The location is rural; a driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:


  • CIPD Qualified.
  • Strong HR Generalist background with experience in coaching, change management, presentation skills, project management, budget management, and line management.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Positive, passionate, and commercially astute HR leader.

Desirable:


  • Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or manufacturing industries.
