Interim Operations Director Key Responsibilities:

Driving improvements in operational performance, service delivery, and customer experience
Conducting a deep dive into financial performance to uncover growth opportunities and cost efficiencies
Motivating and supporting teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Overhauling workflows, staffing, and delivery mechanisms for better output
Exploring untapped revenue streams and shaping new business opportunities
Providing strategic insight while remaining hands-on in execution
Representing the business to key internal and external stakeholders

Interim Operations Director Key Requirements:

Significant leadership experience as a Managing Director or senior operations lead
Strong financial acumen and P&L management capability
A proven track record of stepping into businesses mid-stream and delivering results fast
Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to drive meaningful change
Hands-on leadership style with a strategic mindset
Ideally, experience in agriculture, farming, or rural services
Collaborative and confident communicator, especially in shared leadership environments
