The Role:
As an Integration Analyst, you will plan, evaluate, oversee, and configure the integration of various systems within the Digital Team's remit. This includes liaising with both internal teams and external integration partners to ensure smooth operation across all platforms. Your role will focus on designing scalable integration solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the ongoing improvement of system architecture, ensuring compliance with security and IT protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various divisions and stakeholders to understand and document integration needs while keeping the group architecture in mind.
Work closely with our external integration partner to manage ongoing development work and pipeline projects in the Digital Team.
Design and develop scalable integration solutions while ensuring optimal performance and continual architecture improvements.
Ensure seamless integration across platforms by working closely with Group and Regional IT teams, complying with IT Manuals, security, and compliance standards.
Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues and support Azure platform concerns. Manage ITIL-compliant releases and change management processes.
Assist with any additional reasonable tasks as required, in line with the overall responsibilities of the role.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential :
Educational background in a computer-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
Experience working with enterprise integrations
Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services
Proficiency with standard IT programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Desirable:
Experience using the Stibo Systems STEP platform
Familiarity with Adobe AEM
