Job ref: IBPM230924 Job type: Permanent Location: Newry Closing date: Thursday 17 Oct 2024 17:00 The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the IBP process across Norbrook Laboratories, ensuring alignment between commercial, operational, and financial plans to drive effective decision-making and enhance business performance. This role aims to create a streamlined, efficient planning process that optimizes resources, balances supply and demand, and supports the company's strategic objectives. Main Activities/Tasks Actively participate in the IBP Transformation initiative, including the development of a Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process, the IBP process, and the development of Standard Work for E2E Planning and Execution. This includes process mapping, defining Roles and Responsibilities, and developing System and Reporting capabilities. Collaborate with Commercial Teams, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Product Development, and other functions to ensure proper input and alignment with the IBP process. Serve as the gatekeeper of the Integrated Business Planning process, the S&OE process, and the governance of continuous improvement, orchestrating the cross-functional teams involved. Engage with key stakeholders to support IBP objectives and facilitate collaborative decision-making. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly review business performance against these metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IBP process, utilizing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide regular updates and reports on IBP activities, performance, and outcomes to senior leadership. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or business planning roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or animal health industry. Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives, encompassing change management and change enablement. Experience in managing large-scale projects and process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated experience in change enablement practices within a complex organization. Proficiency in planning and forecasting software, as well as ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making. Desirable Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS) is preferred. Understanding of the animal health market and distribution networks. Experience in managing large-scale projects and process improvement initiatives. Duration: Full Time, Permanent Location: Newry, Co.
