Deskside Support Analyst

37.5 hours per week, Mon –Fri (8.30 am – 5.00 pm 1 hr lunch break) with flexibility on pre-agreed key days.

This role is based in London (WC2B) 5 days a week.
You will be required to provide 1st/2nd line support to 80 hybrid users including executives, board members and Guests who attend the office or remotely. You will take ownership of AV support ( Teams meeting room) for meeting rooms, escalating to our 3rd line AV provider when required.
You will be required to support on technical end user computing issues across win 10/11, Dell and Microsoft laptops, iPhones and iPads and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Primarily End user support – AD, AAD, Office 365, Teams, Exchange, Intune, autopilot, incident management, request fulfilment, purchasing, logistics, starters / leavers process (New hire induction) , end user hardware support, AV support
• Systems / Service support – Azure AD , Office 365
• IT Service Management – Ticket handling, worklogs, populating solution KB in ITSM, prioritisation, customer focused, good English language skills (verbal, written)
• You will be proficient in IT support, both on IT hardware and AV support
Skill Profile
• Good knowledge of IOS (iPhone and iPad) mobile device configuration
• Excellent M365 knowledge, such as Office, Teams inc peripherals (headsets) and OneDrive
• Excellent knowledge of Intune including Autopilot laptop build
• Excellent experience of Win10/Win11 and common productivity tools
• Excellent knowledge on fault analysis in Win and IOS based environments
• Good knowledge of AV and teams meeting rooms
