Job Opportunity: M&A Technology Advisor

Our client excels in providing consulting services to private equity and corporate clients on technology-related matters in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) scenarios.

The Role: Deliver comprehensive services, including pre-deal IT due diligence, carve-out/integration planning, technology-enabled value creation, and post-deal execution.

What We’re Looking For: We seek individuals with industry experience in developing and implementing software products/platforms. Ideally you will held CTO/CIO positions

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Broad technical understanding of product management and software development processes, especially in an agile environment.
Experience in developing and executing technology product strategies and roadmaps.
Ability to build the commercial picture, understanding customer needs, monetization, and strategy.
Proven ability to set out, change, or evaluate product features/capabilities, technical specifications, and solution architecture.
Strong technical skills, including:
Deep understanding of programming languages and software development methodologies.
Expertise in designing and managing complex system architectures and proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
