Are you passionate about creating inclusive and supportive school environments? Our secondary schools in Grays are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Lead (Behavior) to join our team immediately.

As an Inclusion Lead (Behavior), you will be at the forefront of promoting positive behavior and inclusion strategies within the school. You will work closely with staff and students to develop initiatives that foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, particularly for students who may face behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and implementation of behavior management strategies.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure all students can access learning and thrive.
  • Provide guidance and support to students who face behavioral or emotional difficulties.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of inclusion and behavior policies across the school.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, parents, and caregivers to create tailored support plans for individual students.

We are looking for an Inclusion Lead (Behavior) who is proactive, compassionate, and experienced in promoting positive behavior and inclusion in secondary school settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavior management strategies, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting student well-being.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Experience working in a secondary school or a similar educational setting, with a focus on behavior management and inclusion.
  • A thorough understanding of behavior management strategies and inclusion policies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and external agencies.
  • A relevant qualification in education, social work, or a related field is desirable.
