Are you passionate about creating inclusive and supportive school environments? Our secondary schools in Grays are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Lead (Behavior) to join our team immediately.
As an Inclusion Lead (Behavior), you will be at the forefront of promoting positive behavior and inclusion strategies within the school. You will work closely with staff and students to develop initiatives that foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, particularly for students who may face behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Inclusion Lead (Behavior) who is proactive, compassionate, and experienced in promoting positive behavior and inclusion in secondary school settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavior management strategies, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting student well-being.
Qualifications and Experience:
Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that the successful applicant must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
