Job DescriptionTalent Experience Business Partner – FinTech14/15 month FTC £75K - £80K Hybrid –3 days onsite Our client, a FinTech organisation are looking for an HRBP, to cover maternity for around 14-15 months, starting October 2024. We are looking for a driven, inspiring relationship builder who expertly balance the business needs with a “people first” approach. Reporting into the Head of People, you will be you act as a strategic and operational BP, accountable for the London office x 110, with a focus on talent experience.Working within a team of 3, you will support commercially astute employees, advising and coaching where necessary. The role will have little ER and will be have more of a project focus. The organisation have been through a “refocus” and are now looking to execute wellbeing and culture initiatives.The areas of focus are;Driving and improving employee experience processes including onboarding, offboarding and HR Ops.Lead on cultural initiatives that better educate Managers to operate in line with business valuesDevelop positive change around 360 feedback approachYou will have strong commercial acumen, and thrive in an environment of intelligent, entrepreneurial employees and be able to manage strong personalities. Previous experience working at a senior level is key, and you will have demonstrable experience of working in a 360 feedback model. Data and results driven, this organisation thrives on analytics and a big part of this role will be data capture to make informed decisions. You will have stable experience working with senior Stakeholders and be a strong influencer.
