12 Month contract opportunity within the public sector Hybrid working – South West Base Inside IR35 day rate Must be eligible for SC Clearance HR Business Partner Our public sector client is looking for an HR Business Partner to join them as a key partner to the Heads of Divisions across the organisation. You will play a key role in the cultivation of a culture, which enables leaders to create the right environment for people to thrive, feel included, valued and respected. As the HR Business Partner, you will be aligned to one or more Divisions and will act as a single point of contact for all people related issues.ResponsibilitiesTo transform organisational size, structure and skills in a way that delivers transformational goals for the technology division, capability and cost so that the organisation has an efficient, sustainable and responsive organisation for the future.To build an inspiring, confident, and empowering culture in a way that puts its customers at the centre of everything it does and empowers its people to innovate, adapt and deliver so that the organisation is open, flexible and responsive to new ideas and market change and able to deliver world-class data, products and services to its customers.Key Skills/ExperienceSuccessful track record of operating at HR Manager or HR Business Partner level in a reasonable size commercial organisationDemonstrable strong experience of managing complex ER Cases and recruitment activityStrong business acumen with an understanding of the key financial drivers related to growth and cost management goals of an organisation.Ability to assess new situations, apply a good degree of logic and develop solutions to problemsInitiating successful change and continuous improvement (and adapting best practice from elsewhere);Track record of partnering with senior managers and establish rapport quickly with all levels of the organisationStrong consultative style with proven experience supporting senior executives and driving HR initiatives with themEvidence of effective negotiation, influencing & consulting skills to effect organisational change with limited resources.‘Commitment to the cause’.Desirable:Commercial HR management experienceConsultative and unionised HR experienceComprehensive knowledge of HR legislation and best practiceExperience of representing their organisation at TribunalsCIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience** MUST be eligible for SC Clearance **Next StepsIf you have the relevant experience, and active SC Clearance, please apply below with your up to date CV and I will endeavor to get back to you.
