As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and driving the HR strategy for our client's UK team, while also overseeing certain activities for their Asian offices. With your strong communication skills and expertise in HR programmes, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation and contribute to its continued success.
The business require a super - present HR Manager as the teams work 5 days a week in the London offices, this would be a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement core HR programmes, including performance management, compensation planning, promotions, talent reviews, and job descriptions.
Drive people initiatives by providing thought leadership and guidance on organisational and people-related strategy.
Ensure an exceptional employee experience that aligns with the company's culture and values.
Provide generalist support on administrative paperwork, disciplinary actions, employee relations, counselling, and third-party management.
Make recommendations on compensation, organisational structure, attrition, promotions, and other HR activities.
Proactively identify learning and development needs, retention strategies, succession planning, and career development opportunities.
Partner with Finance to develop and manage the HR budget.
Maintain compliance with local labour regulations and data privacy laws.
Ensure the compensation and benefits structure is competitive and in line with industry standards.
Source and recruit candidates from various online channels.
Collaborate with senior management to review potential candidates and philtre resumes.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the organisation.Qualifications:
Proven background as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR programmes and best practises, including performance management and talent development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and coach others.
Sound understanding of labour laws and privacy regulations.
Demonstrated experience in budget planning and management.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
