LHH Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client, a global legal firm, to appoint a HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
As an HR Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will lead the analysis and development of a new pay and grading model for respective staff populations. You will be responsible for undertaking analysis of all staff roles and structures and map data to shape the development of future grading models, to enable effective planning around budgeting, recruitment, career path management and role development.
This role will also involve supporting a review of our client's current policy set, ensuring alignment with purpose, culture, vision, and philosophies. Paying particular attention to policy, practice and process that supports with any aspect of compensation & benefits, reward and recognition and performance management.
We are looking for and experienced HR Business Analyst, with a proven track record in managing previous compensation and benefits projects. You must be able to apply some immediate horsepower to a review of disparate Terms and Conditions and to start developing a competitive pay and grading structure.
