Ashley Kate are pleased to be working alongside our national distribution client in the Wetherby area. We are recruiting for a HR Co-ordinator to join their team. This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.

We seek a self-sufficient professional, with solid HR administration experience who can join this team in providing a quality and responsive HR service to their workforce.
·First point of contact for HR queries including phone or email advice
·Supporting the entire employee life cycle, including starters/leavers, contractual changes, resourcing, developing job ads, supporting with organising interviewing and new starter paperwork
·Supporting with identifying training needs with managers, identifying providers and organising training co-ordination.
·Low level employee relations with an opportunity to develop more experience in ER
To be considered you will be a CIPD level 3 qualified HR professional or working towards.
You will be an ambitious experience HR administrator seeking the next step. You will be a strong communicator and a team player.
