HR Administrator - Southampton - £30,000 - Hybrid role working from home 2-3 days a week

The HR Administrator will have several duties including
Sending out offer letters and starter packs
Supporting with recruitment including setting up and conducting interviews
Working alongside line managers to provide essential HR support and advice
Setting up new starters on the system and checking all paperwork is complete
Organising the onboarding process and training
Completing DBS checks and references
Producing letters and reports for the HR Management team
Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally
Other general HR administration duties as requestedKey skills
Excellent MS Office skills including, Word, Excel, and Outlook
A confident, positive and proactive approach to your work
The ability to multi task in an ever changing environment
At least 2 years experience within an HR role
