Responsibilities As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be playing a pivotal role in supporting the Housekeeping Department. Your duties will be performed to the highest standards and will include:
Managing and training Team Members to ensure their performance meets our exacting standards.
Allocating work duties to Team Members.
Ensuring the daily wash of towels is attended to in-house and counting/bagging the bed linen for collection by our external laundry provider.
Ensuring the efficient operation of our in-house laundry and linen stock.
Performing stock checks for Suite & Lodge Linen/towels, etc.
Ensuring linen and towel stocks are rotated.
Managing the workflow in the laundry and ensuring it meets business needs.
Managing resort uniform stock and ordering as required.
Assisting with the Lodge/Suite deep cleaning processes and any other projects as required.
