As the Hire Desk Manager, you will assist with the management of a small team within a busy plant & tool hire desk. You will be responsible for maintaining standards of work whilst ensuring that this department runs smoothly and maintains good levels of customer service on a daily basis.

Other responsibilities of the Hire Desk Manager will include:

• Overseeing a small team of Hire Controllers
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers
• Invoicing/invoicing queries, processing orders and creating damage reports.
• Ensure customers are kept updated with their orders
• Dealing with customer enquiries 

You may of worked in the following industries Plant Hire, Heavy Plant, Powered Access, Tool Hire, Generator Hire or related as a Hire Controller, Senior Hire Controller, Hire Manager, Offcie Manager, Rental Manager, Hire Desk Manager, Hire Manager or similar.
