Highway Operations Manager

We have an opportunity for a Highway Maintenance Operations Manager, based in London.Salary: £60,000 - £70,000pa + BenefitsApplicants must have a demonstrable background in managing UK Highway Maintenance Operations.Experience Required:Management of the highway inspections and asset teams.Oversight into reactive, cyclical and winter maintenance programmes.Working closely with sub-contractors to deliver road surfacing, barrier replacement, pothole repair, road marking and other schemes within the highway maintenance portfolio.Working with the commercial manager to control maintenance costs.Working with the wider leadership team to ensure a high level of contract performance.
