HGV Class 2 Drivers

CareerLink have a very exciting new opportunity which has become available in the B46 1GA radius. We are recruiting for a well-established Pharmaceutical clients.

We are recruiting for some highly reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 drivers to undertake the role of making multi-drop deliveries to Warehouse and Distribution centres.

You would be delivering light-weight products and you would be expected to sometimes load and unload the lorries and trailers.

This role would be offering 5 days over 6 which incls Saturdays , please make sure if you are applying for the role you are happy and flexible to work Saturdays.

The start times for this role would vary from 02:00am - 06:00am

The pay rates are as follows;

Monday - Friday - Nights - £16.00 per our

Monday - Friday - Nights overtime - £24.00 per hour

Saturday - All Night Rate - £19.00 per hour

Bank Holiday - £20.00 per hour

What will be required of you;

• Conducting regular vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance needed to relevant managers
• Loading and unloading trailers with palletised products
• Undertaking and making a safe delivery within a pre-allocated time window
• Multi-drop deliveries of healthcare products to different stores and distribution centres

You will need the following to be considered for the role;

• A full HGV Class 2 Driving Licence , Tacho and DQC
• A clean driving licence would be desired however a maximum of 6 penalty points would be accepted
• Multi-drop experience would be desired however not essential
• Must be able to attend a driving assessment
• Must be able to start ASAP
