Please dont apply to multiple locations.What you'll doAt Octopus Energy Services, we put the customers experience at high priority, so youll carry out the work respectfully at their property. From day one youll be learning about new technologies and getting awesome training to give you the skills to assist the installation engineer. Youll be responsible for:Working as part of a team to install low carbon technology in customers' homes - starting with Air Source Heat PumpsUsing your knowledge and experience of heat pump installations to deliver an amazing experienceReviewing and collaborating on technical specifications and mechanical drawingsWorking with an electrician to commission Air Source Heat PumpsContinuously learning about new technologiesat our innovative R&D training centreWho you areWe're looking for passionate people who have worked on the installation of heating systems, and we provide full training for candidates looking to make the transition to renewables. What do we need from you?G3 (unvented cylinder) qualification OR proven experienceExperience in the installation of boilers - it's a plus if you know about Air Source Heat PumpsExperience as a plumbing and heating engineer with knowledge of heating system design and the ability to fault findFull UK driving licence with no more than 6 pointsYou may also have qualifications such as WRAS Water Supply Regs, Gas safe certification, UHW10/HWSS or the BPEC L3 heat pump installation, but these are not essential!Our people are our strongest asset, and the unique skills and perspectives people bring to the team are the driving force of our success.
