Temporary Health & Safety Manager (6–8 Weeks) – Immediate Start

📍 Based in Dunfermline with travel across Scotland
💰 £250–£300/day (depending on experience)
🕒 Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm (occasional early start for site inductions)

We’re working with a well-established sub-contractor currently seeking a Temporary Health & Safety Manager to support their operations over the next 6–8 weeks.

This is a hands-on, day-to-day H&S role—not strategic—perfect for someone who enjoys being on the ground ensuring compliance, handling audits, inducting new squads, managing near-miss/incident investigations, and providing guidance to project managers.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

Conducting site audits and ensuring compliance across multiple sites

*

Inducting new installation squads

*

Supporting PMs with safety queries

*

Investigating incidents and near-misses

*

Reporting directly to the MD

🗺️ Locations:

While the main base is in Dunfermline, you'll cover sites across Scotland, including projects in East Lothian, Aberdeen, Inverness, and Glasgow. Travel expenses are covered.

Solid H&S experience in construction or trade environments

NEBOSH GC or Diploma

Comfortable with a mobile role across Scotland

Valid & Clean Drivers license
