Occupational Health Advisor Full Time I Contract Tyne and Wear Up to £37ph (Depending on experience) Our client is looking for a professional Occupational Health Advisor to work for their site based in Tyne and Wear. They are a well-established Occupational Health Provider with a work ethos of ‘Creating the Safest Community’ The successful candidate will work with the Occupational Health Manager to assist in the provision of a comprehensive Occupational Health Service whilst ensuring the effective use of resources. They are looking for an individual that is able to work in the office during big recruitment events such as Firefighter recruitment. Additionally, you will be required to undertake the full Occupational Health Remit with complex Case Management and willing to visit Fire station across Tyne and Wear area to carry out Health Surveillance. Main Duties: * Maintain appropriate and robust information systems * Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members * Represent the function at internal and external meetings and events * Analyse and priorities spend activity and identify key areas for cost saving * Proactively maintain effective liaison * Ensure compliance with Data Protection regulations * Identify and recommend areas for improvement * Responsible for internal processes and services * Support colleagues with complex and escalated work * Attend internal and external training courses as necessary Skills and Qualifications Required: * Occupational Health Qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate) * Registered Nurse * NMC Registered If you are interested in the role, please contact us so we can discuss this in further detail
