Job DescriptionCompany: CATCHESCATCHES is setting new standards in cloud-based 3D simulations and rendering for the fashion industry and beyond. We are looking for a seasoned Head of Operations with a robust background in Tech/VFX/Fashion (possible exceptions outside of this) as we move from pre- to post-revenue. This individual will drive our operations and ensure seamless execution and optimal process and monitoring across all business domains.WHAT WE OFFER- Working with best-in-class tech team across Cloud Infrastructure and AI (previously backed by Softbank and a16z).- Work with and gain notoriety with leadership/authority at the very top of the fashion industry (our advisors).- Significant equity upside.- Personal brand building / PR.CORE ROLEStrategy Planning and Execution:- Develop and refine the company's strategic plan alongside the CEO and other senior leaders.- Translate strategic goals into operational plans that drive the business forward.- Monitor the execution and delivery of product (as marketed to businesses and end-customers), adjusting plans as necessary to address challenges and seize opportunities.- Working cross functionally with partner brands. Identifying opportunities for Services or SaaS Solutions.- Monitor team, product, company performance and progress. Data visualization. Systematic reports on where the company is regarding progress, org structure, milestones, KPIs, etc.- As required, assist in building out team to support with materials for marketing.Process Optimization:- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity.- Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.- Utilize technology to streamline operations, such as integrating new software tools or automating tasks.- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.- Ensure the company meets or exceeds customer expectations in product delivery and service.- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.Financial & Legal Oversight and Optimization:- Develop risk mitigation strategies and business continuity plans.- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.- Assess/ manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.BACKGROUND / CHARACTER REQUIREMENTS- Ideally >10 years of industry experience at a major company or startup success.- Keen to pass on knowledge and experience from previous ventures or specific relevant knowhow in the tech and/or fashion industry.- Keen to work in a dynamic environment, reacting to customer feedback quickly and adapting processes and product delivery.IDEAL AREAS OF EXPERTISE (OPTIONAL)- Prior experience in fashion business operations (at a large fashion business) Can provide insight and expertise and/or existing relationships into major fashion businesses to expand the Company's B2B partner list.- Versed in data policies legalities and monetization.We look forward to your application.
