A Head of Drama is needed in an All-Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.

This Head of Drama position will be full time and long term for the school year in the first instance (September 2025 to July 2026).

Teaching for this Head of Drama post will be for KS3 to KS5 Drama classes.

The rates of pay for this Head of Drama position will range from £200 to £320 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.

The School

A highly successful All-Girls Academy/Comprehensive School & Sixth Form, for pupils aged 11 to 19 years old, located in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

Ofsted has rated the school as 'Good' across the board.

It is also 1 of only 2 Secondary Schools in London and 1 of 16 in the UK, to have been awarded the highest level of the UNICEF Rights Respecting School Award: Level 2.

They hold Artsmark Gold, Sportsmark and Healthy Schools status, as well as SMSC Quality Mark and International Schools Mark.

Requirements

You're encouraged to apply if you're an experienced and qualified Drama Teacher or experienced Head of Drama.

Applications are also welcome if you're a British trained Head of Drama or overseas trained Head of Drama.

• Right to work in the UK
• Clear and up to date DBS
• UK QTS or an overseas equivalent
• Experience as a Drama Teacher or Head of Drama in UK schools
