play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of group bookings across our Moxy, AC by Marriott, Courtyard, and Residence Inn brands.
What

Do
You will
be responsible for
the operational management of group bookings, from
initial
contact to post-stay. This involves:
Group Management:
Handling all aspects of group bookings, including contracts, rooming lists, and guest communications.
Revenue
Optimisation
:
Maximising
room revenue through effective inventory management and client relationship building.
Operational Coordination:
Collaborating with hotel teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Administrative Tasks:
Managing group-related paperwork, invoicing, and commission requests.

or reservations.
