About the Role:

As the Group Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial health of this dynamic agency. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for producing accurate and insightful management accounts, providing valuable financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly management accounts for the group
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and processes

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong foundation in producing management accounts. You will be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Experience within a marketing or creative industry is a plus but not essential.

Key Requirements:

• Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Proven experience in producing management accounts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
